Civil appellate work has always been a guiding force in Ms. Vicknair’s legal career — with the exception of working as a prosecutor for nearly three years, Ms. Vicknair has been closely involved in civil appeals since graduating from law school. She is a former briefing attorney with the 13th Court of Appeals and was recruited to numerous civil appeal law firm departments prior to establishing her own firm. After meeting with clients and performing a thorough analysis of how the original outcome of their case came to be, Ms. Vicknair details all available options and helps them determine their best course of action.
